The Empower Center social workers are Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) & Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP). The Empowerment Center social worker all work under licensed professionals. Our licensed clinical social workers have good years of experience.

The Empowerment Center Medical Technicians and Certified Nursing Assistants all work under a Licensed Practicing Nurse. The Empowerment  Center is licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services.
