Admission Criteria

Admission Criteria 

Potential participants must meet the criteria listed below in order to be assessed for admission:

• Must be a volunteer admission
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Resident of the program service area or surrounding counties
• Currently Receiving Mental Health and/or Intellectual Disability Services
• Psychiatrist, Mental Health Case Management, Individual Counseling, etc.
• Must have a PRIMARY Mental Health Diagnosis
• Mild Intellectual Disability Diagnosis is accepted only if they have PRIMARY Mental Health Diagnosis
• Able to function in a group setting with moderate supervision
• Meet the programs eligibility requirements based on their characteristics and needs
• Must have an IQ of 50 or above
• Must have mobility (wheelchair transfer, fine motor skills and able to complete self care activities)
