Recreational Activities
The Empowerment Center is an advocate for outside activities that stimulate the mind and body. Some of the activities the Empowerment Center participates in depending on the season includes
- Walking
- Hiking
- Fishing
- Roller skating
- Biking
The Empowerment Center’s recreational activities includes activities that refresh their bodies, minds and provides leisure time that is more interesting and enjoyable. Examples of recreation activities also includes swimming, meditation, reading, playing games and dancing.

The Empowerment Center actively seeks to fill positions for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) & Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) as well as Certified Nursing Assistant and Medical Technicians.
